As you enter, your eyes will naturally be drawn toward the expansive terrace and sweeping city views. Along the way, you'll discover a beautifully designed galley kitchen featuring stainless steel GE Profile appliances and everything needed to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a memorable dinner.
The spacious island serves as both a dining area and a gathering place, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or remote work with an inspiring backdrop. Please note the oven is not connected; an air fryer is available on the countertop for your convenience.

The custom dining table comfortably seats six and provides an unforgettable setting for meals overlooking the bay.
The spacious primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a queen-sized bed, expansive walk-through closet, and elegant ensuite bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower. Floor-to-ceiling terrace doors fill the room with natural light and provide direct access to the outdoor living space, allowing you to wake each morning to fresh air and beautiful views.
Located near the entrance, the guest suite features a queen-sized bed, generous closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, it's the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring Vallarta.
A few practical things to know so everything runs smoothly.
Building access code (lobby and garage) and the Condo 13 entry code will be provided prior to arrival, along with the safety deposit box code (located in the primary bedroom closet). The metal gate key and garage FOB are located in the wooden bowl at the kitchen entrance. Lost keys or FOBs are subject to a replacement fee of USD $100.
The building has a concierge available Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 8am–1pm — please register with the concierge upon arrival. A security guard is on site during the evenings.
To help protect the artwork and furnishings, we kindly ask that you lower the living room shades during the afternoon when the Vallarta sun is at its strongest.
Please note that the oven is not connected; however, an air fryer is available on the countertop for your convenience.
Lounge chair cushions are available in the condo for your personal use and can be brought to the pool deck. Kindly return them after use to the condo.
Puerto Vallarta Luxury Stay's shared spaces are part of what makes it feel like a boutique hotel rather than just an apartment building.
Heated and open until 11:00pm. Bring beverages in plastic containers only. Lounge and dining areas include two communal BBQs, with plenty of seating for the best view in all of Puerto Vallarta.
